St. Patrick’s P.S. Burrenreagh win a new school Kit.
The pupils of St. Patrick’s P.S. Burrenreagh received a New School Football Kit on Friday. Their principal Mr. Hunt had entered an Irish National Teachers Organisation competition for a new Kit.
Earlier this year on hearing the good news of their success in the competition, the pupils were tasked with the job of designing the kit for the school and then sending their design off to be made. The excitement was at fever pitch on Friday morning when Mr Hunt walked into the class carrying a massive box. Some pupils thought it was Christmas! Mr. Hunt reminded the pupils of all their hard work designing the Kit and then let all the P6 and P7 pupils try them on. Mrs. McMullan, Secretary of the local branch of the I.N.T.O. visited the St. Patrick’s P.S. Burrenreagh school on Friday morning to present the new kit to Mr. Hunt and the P6 and P7 boys and girls.
